Our Client, a leading global independent energy company, engaged in the
exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas as well as in
refining and in marketing refined petroleum products, natural gas, and
electricity, is currently looking for mature and talented individual for the
position of *RECEPTIONIST (2 positions)*. The position is located in the
prime office locations in Jakarta.
The responsibilities includes the following but not limited to:
- Manages the company's lobby area, greets and directs all visitors,
including vendors, job candidates and customers
- Handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
- Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
- Fill a minor security role by monitoring access to the building by
visitors.
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from
department and executive assistants.
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
Requirement:
- Diploma in Secretarial or Commercial with minimum of 5 years experience
- Excellent computer skills and filing management systems
- Mature, well organized, presentable and strong interpersonal
and communication skills
- Be confident with organizational ability and also possess the capacity to
multi-task
- Project coordination experience
- The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
as well as outsides parties
- Fluency in English is mandatory
