Perusahaan dimana saya bekerja yang bergerak dibidang Financial, membuka lowongan untuk posisi Security Administrator dengan kebutuhan sbb :
 
Responsibilities/Expectations:
1.      Performs all security administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the Operating System (Windows, Solaris, AIX, Linux) and Database (SQL and Oracle).
2.      Develops, implements, and executes standard procedures for the administration, including operating system security hardening, backup management, capacity planning, change management, version/patch management, and lifecycle upgrade management.
3.      Assists and analyze with IDS/IDP event correlation to detect and respond to IT security incidents.
4.      Proactive patch management.
5.      Monitoring threshold and configuration analysis and implementation.
6.      Document changes to existing infrastructure or configuration.
7.      Perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for corrections and improvements.
8.      Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.
9.      Able to be flexible with work schedules as deemed necessary by projects and areas of responsibility.
10.        Ability to follow established procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency


Knowledge Skills:
1.      Have S1 (Sarjana) grade.
2.      Have 1- 2 years of direct experience as Security Administrator.
3.      Working knowledge of Windows, Solaris, AIX and Linux security, including account management, file and share permissions, event logs and performance monitoring.
4.      Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle security.
5.       Understanding of security concepts such as firewall rules and functionality, log monitoring, SIEM and intrusion detection (IDS) technology.
6.      Understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP, IP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP, etc.
7.      Must demonstrate strong analytical and critical decision making skills.
8.      Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel (Internal and External).
9.      Technical writing skills and experience documenting procedures.
10.    Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
11.    Must work well in a team environment.
12.    Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
13.    Ability to document the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
14.    Excellent balance as Individual Contributor and Team Player.
15.    Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility.
