investor2 atas tanah kavling yang dibeli oleh dia, setelah itu akan
tunggu tanah itu matang dalam arti kata adalah dibuatkan planning dan
infrastrukturnya sudah lengkap, kurang lebih membutuhkan waktu 4-6
tahun. Setelah waktunya tiba Walton akan merekomendasikan kepada
seluruh investor atas tanah tersebut untuk dijual, dan Walton harus

Ukuran investasi nya adalah per acre = 4.046 m2, harganya beda-beda

6. Qualification: S1 Akutansi
7. Experience: 3 years in Big five public accounting firms
8. English is a must
9. Sex: male or female
10. Age: max 35 years
11. salary range: 5-9 Juta rupiah

Job description :
·Report directly to Finance Director
·To Ensure and Administer the Costing Function has been maintained
properly and to ensure that the proper controls over these functions
are in place by working together as a team with other members in the
department.
·To Ensure the timely and accurately data of costing in the ledger in
order to update the latest status of Stock, Work In Progress, Cost of
Goods Sold and Orders Received & Backlog.
·To Ensure that the Stock Function has been maintained properly by
working together as a team with other members in the department and
by working together with other member in the Company.
·To ensure the man hour costing has been done properly on a timely
basis.
