RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)

Job Description:

· Continuously identifying, developing and exploring new business in the assigned area;

· Establish new customer database and maintain deep relationship with the customer;

· Conduct regular client visit on credit update;

· Develop detailed and accountable account management plan;

· Conducting proper monitoring on credit process management; and

· Proactively monitor client financials performance.

Specifications:

· Minimum of Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years in the same position in Banking Industry especially in Corporate Banking;

· Target oriented;

· Able to perform under pressure;

· Able to deliver market penetration strategy;

· Average English ability;

· Willing to be placed in our Office Branches within Indonesia (e.g. Jakarta,Surabaya, Medan, Semarang, etc.).
