*Our CLIENT in Indonesia is a fully licensed local bank able to provide
domestic and foreign currency lending, trade finance, foreign exchange,
commodity and interest rate hedging products and personal banking services,
including deposits, checking accounts and credit cards. Additionally,
through regional product support, it is able to provide clients in the
country with a full range of regional corporate and structured finance
products and credit cards.*
*Responsibilities:*
· Preparing the credit analysis, recommending most suitable rating
· Conduct thorough analysis on industry, business, and financial
performance of clients to justify granting credit facility. Understand the
business model, risk profile of clients in order to structure appropriate
credit facility that is acceptable for bank.
· Main responsibilities including analysis of industry, business
risk, and financial risk of the company requesting for credit rating in
order to determine the capability of the company to honor its obligation.
The rating process including interview with company's management and senior
officers, site visit, analysis of company's financial performance and
operating performance, credit scoring for quantitative and qualitative
aspects, and benchmarking to the industry's figures. The purpose is to
understand the company's strengths and weaknesses within and across industry
· Supporting nominated RDs who are developing and maintaining
relationships with a portfolio of larger business customers and connected
personal customers
· dealing with a range of credit requests for a given portfolio of
customers including support for any credit related calls in the Relationship
Directors' absence
· A named point of contact by exception, where customers require
intensive specialist credit support for complex deals/facilities.
· Provide high-quality credit analysis and credit processing support
to nominated RDs, acting as an interface with LB risk and undertaking the
monitoring of exposures.
· Working in partnership with the Sales team, Servicing team.
*Requirements:*
- Hold Overseas graduates from reputable university.
- MBA/ Master graduate from highly reputable universities or professional
qualification such as CFA or CPA preferred
- For has minimum 6 years experience in credit analyst
- Independence and ability to supervise Analysts work in Investment
Banking daily activities and in every deal origination and execution
- Mastered financial modeling and valuation techniques and its
applications
- Possess knowledge in transaction structuring
- Has balanced and integrated high standard skill set in analysis,
research, attention to details and presentation skill
- Existing network and ability to take initiatives in transaction
originations
- Articulate and well spoken in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work under tight deadline, pressure and long hours
- MBA/ Master graduate from highly reputable universities or professional
qualification such as CFA or CPA preferred
- Possess good analytical thinking and good time management
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity
