Requirements:

· S1 degree from Psychology, Management or Business.

· At least 5 years experience in recruiting & training in oil & gas sector industries.

· Good knowledge on human resource and understanding with all qualifications and adequate knowledge of job description in EPC Company.

· Good coordination with all users (department head / project manage r, etc)

· Familiar with training need analysis, competency & development.

· Communication skills, professional attitude, organized and keep secret

· Computer literate, well organized & English proficiency.

Subject: [vacancy] Senior / Civil Design Engineers (Oil & Gas) for Kuwait

Required Civil Design Engineers currently available in India for our client in Kuwait, a leading EPC Contractor for a one year contract.

The details are as follows:

1. Senior Civil Design Engineer:

BE B Tech Civil with 8-12 years experience in Civil design works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in STADD Pro, Tekla structure and Foundation Mat 3D. PDS Frame works is added advantage. Experience in Pipe rack design, Equipment foundation design, valve pit design, pipe support design and industrial building design is mandatory.

2. Civil Design Engineer:

BE B Tech Civil with 6-8 years experienced in Civil design works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in STADD Pro, Tekla structure and Foundation Mat 3D. PDS Frame works is added advantage. Experience in Pipe rack design, Equipment foundation design, valve pit design, pipe support design and industrial building design is mandatory.
