JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Reports to: Recruitment Manager.
·         The incumbent will assist for branch banking opening in Surabaya and therefore required someone who are willing for high mobility.
·         The incumbent will liaise with Recruitment Manager and HR Team in Jakarta and recruit suitable candidates for Surabaya branches.
·         The incumbent are experienced with recruiting a large number of people in a short time period.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience

Work Experience: 3+ years relevant work experience

Work Requirements:
The incumbent will be based in Jakarta. Occasional travel within the country of responsibility may be required.  They must be mature, independent, with minimum supervisory for recruitment activities. 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Knowledge:
·         Knowledge of the entities banking industry and retail banking (preferably)
·         Recruitment processes/policies for opening branches in East Java
·         Headcount planning tools and principles (specifically with our clients banking policies)
·         HR & Recruiting system knowledge
 
Functional Skills:
·         Leadership & coaching
·         Strong Analytical skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills required to build credibility with workforces at all levels.
·         Influencing/ negotiating
·         Relationship Building
·         Comfort with ambiguity
