Principal Accountabilities
Responsible to support and provide assistance to the Company's Corporate Secretary for maintaining equitable, consistent and transparent communications on good corporate governance issues, material transactions and corporate actions
Manage day to day all the Corporate Communications under the direction of the Corporate Secretary and provides timely and up-to date information about the company to its shareholders, the public, equity market investors, analyst and the media.
Provide support and assistance to the Corporate Secretary to monitor and ensure compliance with capital market rules and regulations and ensure that the Board of Directors are fully informed on regulatory changes and implications related hereto.
Qualification & Requirements
- Indonesian. Male or Female, min. 28 – 35 years maximum.
- Minimum S-1 Degree graduated from reputable university in Finance, Law, other Social Science..
- Having min. 3 – 5 years experience as "Good Corporate Governance Officer" in public listed company (Tbk) preferably mining or oil & gas, agro-forestry.
- Have excellent skill in writing paper
- Have excellent knowledge about GCG (Good Corporate Governance Program)
- Have a good networking and could speak in-front of public as a trainer
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, SAP).
- Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Customer Service Orientation, interpersonal communication skill, follow up, good team-player.
