in beauty cosmetics packaging manufacturing industry. The company is

quality beauty cosmetics packaging solutions comprises of Make-Up &
Accessories and full range of solutions for beauty products. The company
has been acknowledged for its technical expertise, innovativeness and
high performance.

Our client employs over 2,500 employees in it's Indonesia
manufacturing plant. The company is part of international operations
where products are manufactured in Europe, Asia including Indonesia,
Latin America and the United States of America. The company has
strengthened its global presence and has substantially reinforced its
leadership positions in beauty cosmetics packaging. It has enjoyed a

Our client seeks to hire a very talented leader who seeks new challenges
and able to adapt in a world class manufacturing company as:

Senior Production Manager Rigid Plastics Packaging Manufacturing Company

Overall Responsibility.

The Operations Manager will lead the operations through manufacturing
excellence with a strong focus on team management and leadership, to
ensure it's competitive position in order to continue it's
growth trajectory. He should lead and pursue the transformation of the
plant through a major Lean manufacturing initiative aimed at enhancing
the profitability of the business in an increasingly competitive
environment. Lead the production operations comprises of injection
molding, decoration (UV Coating / metallizing, printing, stamping),
assembly, with over 2,500 employees. To achieve results with the
establishment and follow-up programs and plans in order to ensure the
attainment of production schedule. To achieve quantity and quality as
per customer specification and within pre-determined cost parameters.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Work closely with Quality, supply chain / PPIC, Mold-Shop,
Maintenance, Engineering Development, EHS, Sales & Commercial,
Human Resources and Finance.
* Manage and supervise production operation as well as business
process
* Improve productivity, efficiency, Quality, Cost, and Delivery
* Administer Company's manufacturing policy and procedures
to ensure the achievement of company objectives on production,
volume, schedule, quality, cost and delivery
* Responsible to manage and lead continuous improvement and Lean
Manufacturing activities
* Develop effective team work within the production operation
* Enforce discipline in implementation of systems and procedures
and lead by example
* Be a good role model for all of the employees
* Create a good working environment to optimize people
mobilization
* Ensure and guarantee the right implementation of Standards
(EHS/ Quality/ Manufacturing/ and HR)
* Meet and exceed Manufacturing KPI's for Quality,
Productivity Machine OEE and Waste
* Ensure that "World Class" quality philosophy and
processes are employed in all facets of manufacturing aimed at
reducing warranty returns from customers
* Provide good level of OTIF (On Time Delivery in Full)
* Maintain and ensure reputation as a reliable quality Supplier
* Employ safe practices that protect the interest of the workers

Requirements & profile of successful candidates:

* Indonesian Male/ Female 38 – 45 years. With 8- 10 years
working experience as Production Manager in rigid plastics
packaging manufacturing company, automotive company, or electronics
company. Strong knowledge & expertise on plastics transformation
(injection molding) technology and processes.
* Prior experience working in beauty cosmetics rigid plastics
packaging is a clear advantage, either national or multinational
manufacturing company.
* At least Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering from reputable
overseas, national / local university.
* Deep and hands-on MNC experience in all aspects of Production
Operations in rigid plastics packaging manufacturing company,
automotive company, or electronics company.
* Hands-on. Proven experience and successful track record in
rigid plastics packaging for beauty cosmetics; automotive;
electronics manufacturing industry.
* Experience to implement lean principles & world-class
manufacturing philosophy and practices. Some years of exposures
working in overseas countries in rigid plastics packaging
manufacturing company, automotive, or electronics manufacturing
company is a clear advantage.
* Fluency in English, both oral and written is essential.
