Great position for experienced branch manager who desires to work for a successful, growing community Foreign Banking in Indonesia (Retail Bank).
Will manage daily operations and supervise and coach staff. This bank has a strong reputation for customer service so you will be proud to represent it in the community. Candidates with assistant branch manager experience may be considered. Base salary plus incentives. 
 

Branch Manager - Pondok Indah
 
Requirements:
 
* Bachelors degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience,
* Familiar with South Jakarta Market,
* Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure,
* Branch Manager must be very sales oriented and experienced with consumer loans,
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager at a financial institution and have excellent leadership skills,
* Must have good management skills,
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
* Customer service and sales skills and ability to handle all aspects of a busy branch,
* Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction
* Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
