and experienced candidate for the position of:

MINE ENGINEER
• Male, age max 40 years old
• Min. S1, Mining Engineering from reputable University
• More than 3 years exp in Coal Mining
• Expertise in Minescape Software

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
• Male/Female, ago max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years work exp
• Set up Training & Development system, familiar with procedure (SOP)
and mastenng the implementation of ISO

HR & GA MANAGER
• Mate/Female, age max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years
similar work exp
• Provides guidance to management in industrial relations in order to
ensure compliance with regulation and labor law
• Responsible for staffing recruiting and selection process in order
to fulfill man power needs of each department in timely basis with
high qualified employee
• Analyze existing business system, police, process, and procedures

SAFETY & HEALTH ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT
• Male/Female, age max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline
• Coordinate HSE training, educations, promotions, exercise and drills
with local authority, client and subcontractors
• Develop required HSE Training materials & Delivering internal HSE Training
• Completing and documenting the training documentations such as
attendance list, pre/post test, and questionnaire reports

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Male/Female, age max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years
similar work exp
• Develop new business within the company and coordinate to operation people
• Set a new procedure to the business to company s standard work
• Ensure program implementation which is integrated to company strategy map
