Company Description

The Sebun established in 2009, a Retail that become sister company of the Bali Bird Park, the park that compromises of over 60 enclosures, which house over 1000 birds of 250 species.

The park is one of Bali's premier quality tourism attractions receiving over 200,000 guests per year which will convince the great number of sales for Sebun.

The Sebun located inside Bali Bird Park in the village of Singapadu, 15 the minutes South of Ubud, 25 minutes from Kuta and 40 minutes from Nusa Dua.

And now we are looking for a dynamic team which includes:

Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

 Reporting to General Manager, Retail Manager is responsible to strategize & implement sales, operational & marketing strategies for the profitability and success of the retail brands under his/her responsibility.

 You should have good analytical thinking and sharp business sense, combined with good vision of trends; since you are to be responsible for total brand management in terms of sales, marketing, operational and product development. Min 3 years of experience in Retail Operations and Buyers at a retail company is required.

Requirements:

 A graduate from reputable university majoring in Business/Management

 Minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant experience: Merchandise Management, Retail Shop and Buyer.

 Must have experience in supervisory roles in Major Retail Shop/ Retail Business

 An experienced manager and leader

 Able to develop and innovate products for different outlets with well defined target of sales

 Able to manage all related duties

 Reasonable command of spoken and written English

 Have a good interpersonal skills

 Out going, Energetic, Hard working Goal Orientated and Focused

 Male or Female, 28- 40 years of age

 Willing to be placed in Bali
