Support Engineer Level I

Job Description:
• Provide Support to our customers.
• Daily Support of the company Network.
• Monitor company web sites.
• Provide Daily Support to Users in the company Network
• Edit Web pages.
• Report daily tasks to the IT Manager.

Requirements:
• Male max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma III or Certifications (IT Preferred).
• OS :MS. Windows Server 2003 or above and Linux OS: Red Hat, Fedora, CentOs.
• Networking : Expert in networking: TCP/IP protocols, firewall and routers management.
• Web : Understand HTML, CSS, Joomla, Cpanel Management.
• Database : Basic understanding of installation of SQL Server and Mysql .
• Good understand of hardware infrastructure.
• Willing to be work under pressure and learn new products.
• Willing to be travelled in Indonesia
• Good communications in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
