(Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: Training : - Assist HR Manager to implement training plan and program( TNA, establish moduls, deliver training, training program, evaluation, etc)
Recruitment : - Assist HR Manager to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
Assessment: - Conduct regular and planned psychological assessment to new applicants and promoted employee
Talent Assessment: - Identify talent people
- Conduct assessment
- Establish proper retention program
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree majoring in Psychology or Profession of Psychology
- Preferred graduated from UGM, UI, Unpad, Atmajaya, Maranatha.
- Having proven experiences to plan, implement and evaluate in RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT, TRAINING, and TALENT MANAGEMENT area
- Showing excellent communication skill, program organizing, and analytical thinking
- Independent, creative, and out of box thinking
- Required language(s): English (active, spoken and written), Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Posses Can-Do attitude
- Full-Time positions available.
