Remedy Administrator for ITSM environment

Tasks
·         Application configuration such as adding categories, groups, etc
·         Preventative maintenance, such as performance tuning, archiving
·         Addressing reported problems by users
·         Investigating and implementing minor application customizations
·         Deploying application changes or upgrades
·         Backup/restore process
 
Skills
 
·         Degree in Computer Science or related field
·         BMC Remedy ITSM 7.x usage & admin training
·         ITIL certification is a plus
·         Working knowledge of Oracle 10g
·         Sun Solaris exposure
·         Experienced in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices of software design within a large organization.
