We are currently seeking potential candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
Compensation Benefit Coordinator (Code: JP 281) Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management / Business Administration / Accounting
- Minimum 2 year in understanding or a participant of mercer salary system
- Minimum 2 year experience background in industrial relation or career development would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 year experience in training and development area is a plus
- Some exposure in Compensation Benefit Development
- Some knowledge of database systems
- Able to administer or coordinate program
- Able to communicate & written in English fluently
- Confident & have good Communication skill
- Having strong leadership, initiative, independent & objective oriented individual
- Having strong knowledge in other aspect of Human resources is a must
- Experience from a multinational company
- Willing to work in between Bogor & Cikarang area
Project Engineer (Code: JP 282) Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil / Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical)
- Minimum 3 year experience in project management & administration in terms of capacity of managing main contractor progress
- Minimum 3 year experience in engineering work would be an advantage
- No decision making capacity, but has to able to make recommendations
- Willing to be based in cikarang area
HSE Coordinator (Code: JP 283)
Requirements:
- Prefer a senior practitioners of HSE and OHSAS
- Having a professional experience with manufacturing company in FMCG (Food, Cosmetic Industry)
- Having a proven achievement in CO2 and eco-green breakthrough is key advantage
- Environment knowledge / K3 is a must
- Understanding of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Aware of authorities regulation on HSE
- Having access to KLH and BPPOM is beneficial
