Government Affairs Coordinator
Main Role
To assist the Corporate Relations Manager in Jakarta to ensure that all formalities and legalities required by the company which are processed in Jakarta are obtained in timely manner and in accordance to the company business conduct and support the image of the company as a good corporate citizen.
Role of Accountabilities
- Approval of Annual Manpower Plan for Expatriates (RPTKA).
- Various formalities; visa; expatriate related permits
- Review, monitor and avoid whenever possible negative impacts of the new regulations to the company such as: RUU Minerba (Draft of Mining Law), PP PNBP (Government Regulations on Forest Dues), Judicial Review of Forestry Law: UU41/1999, Draft of Ministry of Environment on Mine Closure, RUU Sumberdaya Alam (Draft of Natural Resources Law), RUU Investasi (Draft of Investment Law), Review UU No. 13/2003 Ketenaga-kerjaan (Labour Law)
Role Cognitive
Able to exercise judgments requiring "Assertive" processing (such as require to be able to organize information and pulls it together in the form of direct action relevant to the immediate situation) for time-span of 3 months down the road.
Knowledge & Skill
- 5 years++ (with a minimum of five years of relevant experience handling Government Affairs)
- Able to manage tasks and prioritize time to support the company.
- Capable to develop relationship based on professional relationship.
- Able to work under pressure and in ambiguous condition effectively.

Specific Required

4. Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.
5. Good Project Management
