We are a regional advertising company, based in Singapore, a full-service
advertising and marketing agency with expertise in various industries utilizing
print, online and PR initiatives, is looking for candidates to grow with the
dynamic team for positions in Jakarta:
1.       ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (AD)
Responsibilities:
-           The overall quality and profitability for the services provided to
clients with minimal supervision.
-          Management of revenue budgets sets for clients
-          Overseeing relationships with identified clients, ensuring that their
needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service
-          New business development amongst existing clients and identification
and development of new business opportunities outside the existing client base.

-          Involvement with projects for clients, including interpretation,
development of recommendations and presentation of findings.
-           Assistance with the management of staff in the team, including
assistance recruitment of staff, training and career development of staff and
annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff under your management.

-          Acting as an advisor and source of technical advice to members of the
team, to assist and ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to
-          Making a contribution to company development, such as new approaches,
improvements to company efficiency.

Requirements:
-           At least 6-8 years experience in client service.
-          Proven knowledge of market research
-          Developing skills in team management and leadership.
-          An understanding and experience in staff development.
-          Background and experience in P&L management.
-          Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and develop
business.

 
2.       SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER (SAE/AM)
 
3.       JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (JAE)

 
General requirement (AD, SAE/AM/JAE)
- Graduated from marketing, communication, management or mass communications
- Experience inAdvertising Agency with the same related post (SAE/AM: 3-5 yrs;
JAE: 1-2 years)
- Complete knowledge of advertising process & marketing knowledge in general
- Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, good and pleasant personality
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
 
 
4.       WEB DEVELOPER (WD)

Requirements: 
* BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical experience
* Professional software engineer with a record of shipping excellent product
* Great communicator, enjoys helping people, remains friendly and constructive
under stress
* Understands deployment issues in highly scaled social web applications
* Productive coder, able to work effectively with object-oriented design
* Able to read and understand other people's code as easily as you write your
own
* Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fluid environment
* Having commercially deployed applications is a plus
* Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, graphic design, mobile UI
* Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
 
5. WEB DESIGNER (WD)

Requirement:
- Minimum 2year experience in the same position or related field.
- Expert using graphic tools like Freehand, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Expert using web tools like Dreamweaver, Flash, Swish, HTML/CMS, CSS,
Javascript.
- Knowledge in PHP, SQL, Action Script will be advantage.


 
6.       GRAPHIC DESIGNER (GD)
Requirements :
-          Experience min. 3 years in Advertising Company with the same position
or related field.
-          STRONG IN CONCEPT
-          Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, CorelDraw, and InDesign
-          Understand color separation
 
General Requirements (WD, GD):
- Have good sense of art and a creative person
- Create good new concept and idea to develop web looks and design.
- Responsible for all design concept and executions.
- Able to work under preasure and tight deadline, and good in managing
multitasking jobs.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, fast &
self learner, self motivated.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
