BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BSC)General Qualification· Experience at least 2 years in IT project in related position · S1 in related discipline, IT preferably Excellent Interpersonal Skill· Good communication and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English · Very high attention to detail. · Having experience in heavy interaction with customer · Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline. · Good understanding / knowledge of business practice: manufacturing, banking, or accounting · Experienced as team leader / project manager Technical Skill· Experienced in .NET application development (C#/VB.NET). o Knowledgeable in HTML+CSS+JavaScript. o Knowledge on XML Web Services/Reporting Services/SharePoint is a plus. · Good understanding of SQL Server o Database design using SQL Server. o Understands DTS, SSIS, and SQL data migration would be an advantage · Mastered in Object Oriented Analysis and Design concept · Mastered in SDLC concept · Professional certification from Microsoft is an advantage.
