Support for the position of Senior Supervisor
-Application System s. Those w ho are
interested in and m eet the requirem ent for this position are invited to apply.
Key elements ofthe position include:
* Plan the annual
critical tasks of Programmers/Analysts and Specialist – Application System
within the Application Systems Section, supervise and monitor their quarterly
and monthly progress.
* Lead and control
the development of new applications and databases and other projects relating
to application systems to ensure the user requirements are met, and the
projects are completed within the agreed time and budget.
* Develop, update and
review technical documentation environment, designs, environment and
modifications of databases and applications on regular basis to ensure its
validity, accuracy and user acceptability.
* Develop, update and
demonstrate proper practices, procedures and policies relating to database
administration, application system development, and application use to ensure
data usability and security are maintained.
* Monitor and review
the generated reports of daily process, and whenever required, to detect any
errors or to prevent any predicted errors and take proper actions to ensure the
databases are in good operation at all times.
* Follow-up problems
relating to database and application systems to ensure their completion timely
and implement appropriate actions to prevent the errors from recurring.
* Verify the
development, modifications and customizations of KPC business databases and
applications to ensure the progress and completion meet with the technical
requirements and within the agreed budget and time.
* Manage the
maintenance of Oracle and SQL databases and the enterprise software
applications, such as Ellipse and Allesco, to ensure they are always available
in good performance.
* Advise the
technology advancement relating to database and application systems; ensure
good support of hardware and software and to keep the effectives and
reliability of KPC application systems.

Qualifications:
* Tertiary
qualification (S1) in Information Technology with 6 years experience in
commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC
knowledge, programming and business analysis.
* Knowledge of
Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
* Analytical and
problem solving skills.
* Supervisor/People
management skills, ideally with formal training in the field.
* Well developed
interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills in both English
and Indonesian to liaise with KPC personnel and external suppliers and dealers.
