JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client, a fast growing national Hotels & Resorts, is currently seeking for the following positions:

CIVIL ENGINEERING (Senior) Manager
Based in Jakarta, travelling across Indonesia & S.E. Asia


Working for the owner of hotels (4-5 star) & resorts building or other development projects. Workload includes new buildings, refurbishment projects, building extensions, and environmental projects.

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in the development of hotels/resorts, or highrise buildings
Have an understanding of the tender process
Must be able to work with people from various background
Understanding of land, commercial and building laws
analytical and organized
an outstanding manager and strategic planner
computer literate
Good report writing skills
