Currently they are seeking for:
Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager will direct all high volume recruitment / selection activities to ensure company expectations are met. The Recruitment Manager will also act as a information source in all aspects of HR including corrective action & HR policies.
Responsibilities
· Direct employment initiatives through identifying, researching and implementing new recruitment strategies that yield a diverse applicant for available vacancies.
· Devise selection and sourcing strategies to build and enhance the talent pipeline for company.
· Develop and track recruitment activities, creating metrics and analysis that will show trends, evaluate cost efficiencies and determine turn around time in meeting recruitment needs.
· Act as lead for reporting employment metrics, affirmative action reporting, recruiting forecast and strategies.
· Manage and maintain applicant tracking system.
· Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of recruiting practices and procedures, and supervise and coordinate recruiting and staffing activities.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferably overseas graduate).
- Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in banking (preferably from Foreign Banking)
- Proven experience managing and developing a Recruitment team in HR environment.
- Experience developing and implementing a recruiting strategy for an organization, including, building and managing a recruiting infrastructure, proactive recruiting strategy, recruiting avenues and tools and the college recruitment program.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills to effectively interact at all levels in the organization.
