*Senior Manager *
(Jakarta)
*Reporting to:*
*Direct : Corporate Marketing Head*
*Indirect : SIO Head*
*Job Summary:*
· To support the Corporate Marketing Head in overseeing the process
improvement activities in the Corporate Marketing Group; ensuring activities
and projects are aligned to business strategy.
· To develop dashboard and measuring tools all across the Group.
· Distribution Assessment Study and program effectiveness checking.
· To be the Project Manager for Re branding activities.
· Together with Corporate Marketing group to develop the Corporate
Marketing Strategic House.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide active and visible support to all strategic Improvement
activities in corporate Marketing Group.
- Ensure that projects are prioritized correctly according to business
objectives and directions; the correct and most appropriate resources to
achieve success are allocated; to ensure proper and appropriate
inter-divisional or departmental collaboration and the removal of obstacles
and roadblocks to success.
- To convey personally, or ensure otherwise this is done by others, an
adequate and appropriate level of communications to senior management and
staff within the Company so that they are kept fully informed of change
initiative progress and results.
- To act as coach and mentor to Subordinates within the Divisions.
- Recognize, communicate and reward project team successes.
*Key Measures and Targets:*
· Successful deployment and implementation of projects and process
changes in achieving agreed upon objectives.
· Successful project prioritization and overall alignment to
business goals.
· To establish the measurement tools and have a Dashboard in place.
· To achieve the ROI on Re Branding project as per define at time of
the project launch.
*Key Competencies:* **
*Experience/Qualifications:*
- University degree holder preferred with more than 8 years working
experience.
- Previous experience with projects and must demonstrate an aptitude for
project teamwork. Preferable with Green – Black Belt certification.
- Full time role.
- Working knowledge of the Financial Institutions or Insurance industry
is a must.
*Knowledge:*
- Sound knowledge in Insurance and Banking/Financial institutions
industry.
- Preferable with Professional Certifications.
*Skills:*
· Strong qualitative and quantitative and analytical abilities.**
· Proficient in project management software as well as word
processing,* *presentation, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and process
mapping software, and willingness to learn new applications required for the
job is a plus.**
*Attributes/Behaviors:*
- A good team player. Able to take and give directions and complete tasks
with minimal coaching and supervisions, and draw out the best and motivate
others to success.**
- Highly flexible, innovative and creative. Be able to deal with
different responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.**
- Meeting management skills, able to control large groups in a meeting
environment towards common goals and objectives.**
