1. Business Development/Licensing
Responsibilities
· Drive new business relationships with Telcos and other related companies

· Explore new business ideas for content development and distribution
· Distribution channel analysis and development
· Technology transfer, licensing, partnerships assessment and development
· New product development planning and management
Experience/Skills Preferred
· At Least 3 years experience in a similar position

· Able to communicate in English
· Able to work under a tight schedule
· Effective communication and consulting skills.
2. Marketing/Customer Care
Responsibilities
· Develop ideas and create offers for company marketing efforts
· Plan/carry out/support marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales
· Monitor and report on marketing efforts and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
· Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
· Handle customer reports and complaints in a professional manner
Experience/Skills Preferred
· At Least 3 years experience working in advertising
· Able to plan intense marketing schedules
· Ability to make decisions on your own
· Good organizational skills
· Able to communicate in English
· Able to work under a tight schedule

3. Accounting
Responsibilities
· Reconcile revenue accounts with Telcos
· Financial budgeting and control of Marketing spend
· Reporting and accounting as per regulatory an legal requirements
· Support other members of the team where required
4. Administration & General
Responsibilities
· Handling office administration activity
· Maintain good relation with customer and vendor
· Support HR administration
· Effective communication and consulting skills
Experience/Skills Preferred
· At Least 2 years experience in a similar position
· Willingness to take on multiple tasks
· Good organizational skills
· Able to communicate in English
· Able to work under a tight schedule
· Effective communication skills.
5. Technical
Responsibilities
· Develop, program and maintain various Web-based forms, programs and databases.
· Develop and maintain high quality Web for clients.
· Conduct research and work with outside parties as needed to find appropriate solutions and technologies to be meeting internal and/or client needs.
· Research, resolve, and respond to questions and requests received in a timely manner in accordance with current standards.
· Provide documentation in accordance with current standards.
· Provide input to management for ongoing improvements to systems operations, user and technical documentation, and the application of new technology.
Experience/Skills Preferred
· Degree in computer related discipline or equivalent work experience.
· 2 Years PHP , java script, Perl and SQL development work, including experience with administering any SQL services 2 Years experience with Linux/UNIX OS, including administration of Linux/UNIX servers
· 2 Years experience with Apache
· 2 Years experience developing Web sites, including use of DHTML, and advanced HTML coding to support the latest browser technologies
· 2 Years experience in Java scripting
· Perl programming language - 1 year
· Preferred knowledge: Apache, and Linux familiarity, and Networking knowledge.
· Ecommerce and payment system experience.
· Familiarity with internet security best practices & E-reload for cellular top up service.
· Effective communication and consulting skills.
