(Jakarta)

 

Reporting to:

Direct : Corporate Marketing Head

Job Summary:

·         Responsible for planning and implementation for Sales support and corporate events.

·         Develop concepts and implement Campaign; Contents and Sales Support activities.

·         Create innovative marketing communication programs, such as discount, gimmick and special prize, e-marketing , etc

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the distribution channels in achieving their sales targets by developing and implementing effective, efficient and cost justified marketing support.
  • Ensure the marketing services functions operate in cost effective manner, within agreed expense margins by developing and implementing appropriate budgets controls.
  • Responsible as agents of change for the company to become Marketing focus organization.
  • Responsible in establishing new marketing support function. E.g: e-marketing, interactive website and distributions channel sites.
  • Maintain and Promote the Company reputation through the management of communications and ongoing positive relationship with all Distribution Channels.
  • Execute the external and internal communications campaign to deliver the corporate massages for the Distributions Channels and Partners.
  • Maintain relationship with external stakeholder.
  • Managing agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure activities are prioritized correctly according to business objectives and directions; the correct and most appropriate resources to achieve success are allocated; to ensure proper and appropriate inter-divisional or departmental collaboration ant the removal of obstacles and roadblocks to success.
  • To convey personally, or ensure otherwise this is done by others, an adequate and appropriate level of communications to senior management and staff within the Company so that they are kept fully informed of change initiative progress and results.
  • To act as coach and mentor to Subordinates within the Divisions.
  • Recognize, communicate and reward project team successes. 

 

Key Measures and Targets:

·         Increase sales and productivity performance.

·         Successful project prioritizations and overall alignment to business goals.

·         Zero complaint of handling Distributions Channels and Partners.

Key Competencies:

Experience/Qualifications:

  • University degree holder preferred with more than 8 years working experience.
  • Extensive experience in Insurance Marketing Support activities is a must.
  • Advertising and Marketing planning cycles.
  • Excellent Presentation and Negotiations skills techniques
  • Full time role

Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge in Insurance and Banking/Financial institutions industry.
  • Preferable with Professional Certifications.

Skills:

·         Very strong interpersonal skills.

·         Proficient communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Attributes/Behaviors:

  • A good team player. Able to take and give directions and complete tasks with minimal coaching and supervisions, and draw out the best and motivate others to success.
  • Highly flexible, innovative and creative. Be able to deal with different responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
