URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are a new holding company focusing on new business expansion,
especially in asset based business. We are currently seeking
employees to fulfill the following position:
Personal Assistant to General Manager
• Male / Female, Maximum of 30 years old
• Minimum Diploma from a reputable education background
• Overseas graduated welcome
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences as a personal assistant
• Able to work in tight & flexible schedule
• Ability to be proactively arrange business meeting, attractive,
confident and well presented
• Experience in managing sensitive document and files
• Good general computer literate (Ms. Office and others applications
will be a plus point)
• Good communication skills (fluent in English both oral and
written, other languages will an advantage)
• Good ability in multitasking with high learning capacity
• Knowledge in filling system and business correspondence
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors
