Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of secretarial and admin support, which
include preparing of correspondences, compiling reports, scheduling
appointments and meetings and any other ad hoc duties assigned from
time to time
• You will report to General Manager on all above duties and other
additional duties necessary to complete tasks assigned
• Other responsibilities shall include maintenance of Management
information, documentation, licensing, office and personnel
administration, office communication and support

Requirements :

• Female, max. 30 years old.
• Graduated from D3 secretary or S1 in any major from reputable
University.
• Overseas graduate or experience working with Expatriate is an
advantage.
• Competency in handling general secretarial job
• Honest, hard worker and ability working with deadline.
• Able to work independently as well as with team
• Fluent in English (is a must), Mandarin/other language is
advantage.
• Experience in the same field would be an advantage, but Fresh
Graduates welcomed.
