Lowongan Kerja:PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
• To provide secretarial support to the Director (schedule
appointments, arrange itineraries for President Director, support in
preparation of routine letters, expense reports and other report,
produce variety of presentations using appropriate software)
• Responsible for taking minutes of meetings
• Liaise directly with business partners
• Close co-operation with head office and regional on all business
related matters
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred skill(s): Shorthand.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant
residence status.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Good analytical & problem solving skills; self motivated,
resourceful, action focused, result-oriented and good team player
• Ability to work independently, with high level of motivation and
service mindset
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in
Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available and must start in short noticed
