Job Description:

The HR Manager Operation in Logistics is responsible for providing operational support in all HR matters. The position and will have responsibility for logistics teams. The HR manager will be responsible for activities such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, people development, organizational design/effectiveness and change management. In addition, the HR Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and Programs and aligning with t HR community for facilitating the performance management and succession planning processes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all functions within and Logistics organization driving key initiatives and projects;
Drive Goal Alignment process ensuring PSC objectives are clearly communicated and integrated into the objectives of Logistics, Materials Management and Sourcing organizations.
Participate with functional leaders and others as necessary to develop and implement strategic business initiatives.
Support the Compensation and Benefits team with regards to the execution and implementation of the salary administration process.
Coach team members in the areas of communication skills, promoting a positive work environment, and informal/formal feedback sessions.
Provide support and direction to line managers regarding employee relations issues.,

Other Information

Degree :
Bachelors Degree from HR/Law

Experience :

*
5 years as an HR Manager for Logistics Industry and strong in Industrial Relations.
*
Familiar with setting up a new systems or process improvement.
*
As an Agent of Change for a process improvement.
*
Experience dealing with Blue Collars employees in the fields.
*
The candidate must have a self driven, maturity, innovative, strong in leaderships.
