Responsible for managing retail banking and operations in order to meet the profit and volume goals specified by company's strategic business plans.

Draft and implement basic policies to recruit, hire, train, and compensate sales and marketing employees at all levels.
*
Review hiring, promotion, discipline and termination decisions recommended by department managers.
*
Develop overall sales and marketing department strategies. Define responsibilities and authority limits for both management and staff positions.
*
Establish personal contact with key costumers and regularly monitor to handling of large accounts.
*
Review all costumer contact activities in every department to ensure costumer satisfaction.
*
Set company sales quotas
*
Predict how much changes will impact sales volume, expenses, profitability and man power requirements.
*
Developing Consumer Finance Business which focusing to middle segment market
*
Managing Retail Banking Business and responsible for its Profit & Loss
*
Building branches in  Indonesia 
*
Launching products bundling offer for Personal Loan, Insurance, Credit Card, and Sales Finance
*
Redefining existing model business model to incorporate new target segment, non bureau self employed customer

Qualifications :
Advanced university degree in marketing, business administration, or economic, five years minimum experience in hand on marketing position (research background desirable) with 10 years in consumer banking and managing people.
