Looking for an administrative assistance for an 8 to 14 month assignment with an Asian Development Bank funded project at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Jakarta.
The successful candidate must have good knowledge of English and Indonesian, and exceptional Microsoft Word skills. Past experience with publishing, graphic arts, or printing is highly desirable. The job will include helping to produce large reports and documents, as well as general administrative tasks such as arranging air travel, answering phones, and overseeing office operations. Salary is Rp. 4 million per month inclusive. A test of Microsoft Word skills will be administered to all candidates.
