Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Job
Reporting direct to the Head of General Manager (Finance) the
successful candidate will be responsible for:
a.Managing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of
the Group's in Indonesia
b.Ensuring that the financial reports are prepared in an accurate
and timely manner in compliance with Indonesia accounting
c.Implement new procedures and policies to ensure that the system of
internal control over the operations is adequate and that there are
proper controls in place to safeguard the assets of the Indonesian
plantation subsidiaries
d.Offering advice based on the findings of relevant financial and
statistical information to help shape strategic management decisions
To coordinate all taxation related matters in Indonesia
e.Assist in banking matters, including loan documentations in
Indonesia
Coordinating with the external auditors and all other relevant
government authorities
f.Monitoring Company's financial performance
Requirements
a.A degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications
b.Proficient with the requirements of Indonesian laws and
regulations including Indonesian accounting standards and local tax
legislations etc
c.Minimum 5 years' post qualifying experience gained from one of the
leading public accounting firms or large commercial organizations,
preferably in plantations business
Possess initiative and are enthusiastic.
d.Independent and reliable in handling tasks assigned, willingness
to work outside normal hours whenever required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to
interact with people at all levels is essential
e.Willing to travel whenever necessary
