General Requirements :
-          S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related
-          10 years experience in handling HR Department (training, industrial relations, recruitment, administration)
-          Having good knowledge and ability to manage and administer in organization
-          Strong experience in Industrial Relation
-          Having good knowledge of expatriate formalities and manpower regulation
-          Good communication in both written and spoken English
-          Good interpersonal and organizational skills
-          Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
-          Computer literate (MS Office)
-          Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
