Bruker is a leading manufacturer of high quality materials research and quality control instrumentation for elemental analysis and crystalline structure investigations. We need high calibre persons to strengthen our team to be:


Administration officer – Jakarta

Job Descriptions:
- Preparing shipping documentation and liaison with shipping agents
- General procurement and order processing
- Order progressing
- Communication with customers regarding parts and delivery times
- Maintaining customer database
- Invoicing
- Preparing delivery documentation for engineers out in the field ensuring timely deliveries and communication
- Communication with external suppliers regarding deliveries
- Cover for departmental colleagues during periods of absence
- Liaison with engineering departments over movement of goods are repair items
- General record keeping and office duties.

Qualifications:
- S1 / Diploma Degree.
- Preferred with above job description experiences
- Accurate, literate and articulate, with good communications skills in English, written and spoken
- Basic computer literacy skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook, with an ability and readiness gain additional competence in computer based tasks.
- A friendly, accommodating and helpful disposition and a reasonable attitude with an enthusiasm for helping others
- Capable of working to a high standard as part of a team committed to quality of service, yet able to accept responsibility for an individual contribution
- Willingness to take on colleagues' tasks without prompting when the need arises, and to provide cover during periods on absence
- Adaptable and open to change
- Reliable with a very high standard of personal presentation and a sense of purpose in seeing things through
- Be highly organized and capable of dealing with several tasks at the same time.
- Legible handwriting ability and numerate
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts
