The Job
Senior Project Administration Supervisor
The
jobholder is to be fully responsible and accountable for coordinating,
monitoring, supervising and controlling the finance, human resources,
administrative and general services functions of the assigned project.
The job Location:Duri - Riau
The Project :Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Repair
The Company :A National Oil & Gas Services Company
The Candidate :Age between 30 and 40 years
-Holds a S1 degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university
-Has
demonstrable ability to effectively manage the finance, human resources
and general services functions of a project or a branch office
-Has experience in Project Administration including correspondence control and document control
-Has effective oral/written communication skills
-Has demonstrable ability to lead a small team
-Has strong customer mindset with good problem solving skills
-Has a high achievement motivation and high integrity
-Good English, verbal and written
-Able to work independently and in teamwork
-Able to effective work with a computer
-Is familiar with the business practices of the Indonesian oil & gas industry
-Lives or willing to relocate to Duri
