Layanan Kesehatan Cuma-Cuma (LKC) Dompet Dhuafa Repadalah lembaga nirlaba yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gratis kepada masyarakat tidak mampu. Pelayanan diberikan melalui berbagai program seperti Gerai Sehat (klinik gratis), Aksi Layan Sehat (Mobile Health Services), SIGAP Bencana (layanan kesehatan di daerah bencana dan konflik), Program Pusat Kesehatan Jiwa Masyarakat (PKJM) dan Pusat Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (PKPM) Aceh Utara serta program-program kemitraan korporat dan pemberdayaan masyarakat serta Puskesmas di wilayah Indonesia.
Saat ini, RS LKC mempunyai jumlah member lebihdari 10.000 member yang tersebar di wilayah Jadebotabek. Agar tepat sasaran, seluruh pelayanan dijalankan menggunakan sistem kepesertaan berbasis keluarga. Sejak tiga tahun berkiprah, LKC sudah meng-cover sekitar 45.000 keluarga sebagai peserta dari tiga lokasi Gerai Sehat dan puluhan daerah binaan yang dilayani melalui program Aksi Layan Sehat. Selain itu, LKC juga membantu kesehatan ribuan jiwa korban bencana alam dan konflik, seperti bencana banjir nasional 2002, konflik Ambon, bencana tanah longsor Bandung dan bencana tsunami Aceh dan gempa Nias.

PLANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and directing his / her subordinates and all plant activities
Ensure maximum plant output, the correct and efficient operation of the plant operation and services
Meet set Plant efficiency meet targets with the highest quality and the highest practicable efficiencies and utilization, with the lowest cost, and consistent implemented work standard with Company practice and policies.
To prepare, subject to management approval, sales forecasts, expense budgets and personnel and capital requirements.
Requirements:

Hold Degree in a relevant study
Male / Female with minimum 30 years
Having work experience minimum 5 years in technical / production process / QA, with 3 years of working exposure in managing as Plant Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry
